I offer online therapy sessions for children, adolescents, individuals, and groups, typically lasting 45 to 60 minutes depending on age.
My approach is grounded in talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Together, we will look at what you’re navigating and how it is affecting you, whilst also working towards meaningful insight and practical tools that support your wellbeing.
Rather than following a rigid structure, I tailor each session to your needs while keeping your broader therapeutic goals in focus. Over time, we will co-create a treatment plan that aligns with your values, priorities, and pace - always honouring where you are today, while helping you move toward where you want to be.
Our work together will include:
A weekly emotional and behavioural check-in.
Identifying personal strengths and exploring practical ways to apply them in daily life.
Setting and gently working toward a realistic, and meaningful goal.
My overall focus is to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters growth, resilience, and self-awareness.
