My approach is grounded in talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll explore what’s showing up for you and why, working toward meaningful insight and practical tools that support your wellbeing.
Rather than following a rigid structure, I tailor each session to your needs while keeping your broader therapeutic goals in focus. Over time, we’ll co-create a treatment plan that aligns with your values, priorities, and pace—always honouring where you are today, while helping you move toward where you want to be.
Our work together will include:
A weekly emotional and behavioural check-in
Identifying personal strengths and exploring practical ways to apply them in daily life
Setting and gently working toward a realistic, and meaningful goal.
