  • I offer online individual therapy sessions tailored for children, adolescents, adults, and groups, typically lasting between 45 and 60 minutes depending on age and personal preference.

    My approach is grounded in talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together we will explore what challenges you’re navigating, how they’re impacting you and work toward meaningful insight and practical tools to support your wellbeing.

    Rather than following a rigid structure, each session is customized to your needs while keeping your broader therapeutic goals in focus. Over time, we will co-create a treatment plan aligned with your values, priorities, and pace. I honor where you are today, while helping you move toward where you want to be.

    • Identifying personal strengths and finding practical ways to apply them in daily life

    • Setting realistic, meaningful goals and progressing toward them with compassion and flexibility
