Mental health challenges are something you go through—they don’t define you. Just like walking through the rain, you may feel its impact, but it doesn’t mean you are the rain. You are so much more than what you’re experiencing.


Steady foundations is centred around finding strength in ourselves. Here, we recognize the courage it takes to face challenges, and we’re here to support and uplift you as you navigate them. Our aim is to create a calming, compassionate space where your resilience can grow and be gently guided forward. Grounded in a relational and culturally sensitive approach, each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. Through talk therapy, we will explore who we are at our core and use that self-understanding as a base for growth and adaptation. My approach emphasises restructuring unhelpful thoughts, building on our existing strengths, and learning coping strategies that fosters resilience.
